Assurance Cargo handles all packages and documentation, transferring shipments to the airline daily. We are not liable for any damage to fish and seafood products during transport, which is expected given their nature. Clearance fees may be charged upon arrival, payable through Assurance Cargo. All shipping fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, even if goods are returned, seized, or destroyed due to regulatory breaches or authority discretion. Assurance Cargo Nigeria Limited offers optional insurance coverage for consignments. Customers must request and pay for this insurance separately. If the customer opts out of the insurance, Assurance Cargo won’t be liable for the damage, loss or seizure of the items as stated in the terms and conditions. Retrieval of processed packages would attract a fine as seen fit by the admin department.
